Final Preparations!

I have been going nonstop since 5am, and am just getting in the house now. Sorry for making this such a short post, but I'm exhausted and have a long day ahead of me tomorrow!

We made the final preparations for tomorrow's big event! Courtney came and braided Faith this afternoon and did an absolutely amazing job, as usual. Her braiding skills are top notch, as you can see in the pictures below!

The greatest thing today was meeting some of Faith's fans! We had a good amount of people show up today to meet her. Some have been following her through this website, others heard about her on the news. Thanks to everyone who came to show your support!

Do you recognize this horse? She looks pretty damn good, if I do say so myself!

More to come tomorrow! Keep your fingers crossed for us!

  2. Is Courtney going to the QH Congress to braid? If she is I want to hire her to braid for me, she does a wonderfull job.

Faith, who would have believed you would come this far so fast? Just go to show what a little love and care will do for a horse.
Keep up the good work and good luck tomorrow.

  3. Awesome braid job! I have to say, she does not look like a 27 year old mare! She is gorgeous! Way to go and best of luck in all of your classes. If I'd leave near, I would certainly attend and go say "Hi" as well as visit and pet your horses.

  6. She looks wonderful.
Does she seem to know she's getting special treatment and that she is at a show with a job to do? Some old campaigners seem to rise to the occasion.
"Rags" has such a strong will, I can't imagine that the routine doesn't feel familiar.
